Generation Beauty by Ipsy

Generation Beauty by Ipsy is a beauty event that joins online beauty, fashion, lifestyle gurus and fans to share inspiration and networks. Ipsy is is a beauty product retailer that sends $10 packages of makeup samples every month to its subscribers. I think it's pretty cool that this company brings fans and the famous gurus from around the world together for a weekend. I followed my favorite makeup artists on their fabulous and fun filled weekend in NYC. The three makeup beauty gurus I would like to mention are MannyMua, NYCDragun, and Patrickstarr. These three artists are just a few of my favorites, the inspire me daily. These three makeup artists were being sponsored by very well known makeup companies. Fans were able to meet MannyMua and Patrickstarr at the Benefit Cosmetics booth. They were given the opportunity to meet and greet with those two makeup gurus, and overall I would've died the moment I met them in person. NYCDragun was sponsored by Ipsy, and fans also were able to meet and greet. Needless to say, I would love to tell them in person how much I love them. Although I always mention them on my social media accounts, having a moment in person would have e definitely been an unforgettable and favorite memory. I find that these events that bring fans and makeup artists/gurus together are ground breaking.  Makeup itself has become such a big industry and although I'm not able to attend these events, I think it's awesome that people are able to interact with makeup artists and gurus. Hopefully one day I'll be able to attend and meet some of my favorites.
